This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be available for purchases from EBOO Training LLC.
1. General Policy All sales are final unless stated otherwise in writing. Because access to digital training is delivered immediately, we generally do not offer refunds after access has been granted.
2. Seven Day Review Period Option If you want to offer a safety net, use this version. If not, delete this section.
You may request a refund within seven calendar days of purchase if you have not completed more than a minimal portion of the training content. If you request a refund, your access will be removed.
3. Community Subscription Community membership is billed monthly. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future billing. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months unless required by law.
4. On Site Training Deposits are non refundable. Rescheduling requests must be made in writing. If you cancel within a short window before the scheduled dates, you may be responsible for travel and scheduling costs already incurred. Specific terms will be provided in your on site agreement or invoice.
5. Machine Related Requests If you purchase equipment or place deposits related to equipment, refund terms will be stated in the purchase agreement or invoice. Trade in credit is subject to evaluation and approval.
6. Chargebacks If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us first, we may suspend your account while the dispute is reviewed. We encourage you to contact us to resolve issues directly.
